Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Payment terms: Immediate for online placement of orders. We provide very secure credit card transactions and accept payments through VISA and MASTERCARD. Charge price would be indicated while placing the order online. AVG would charge only for the items which are available and ready to ship.

2. AVG reserves the right to change prices with reasonable notice at any time prior to acceptance of purchase order.

3. Due to the nature of the product, AVG reserves the right to ship ten (10) percent more or less than the ordered quantity.

4. AVG shall not be liable for any delay in shipment or delivery of products or for damage suffered by the buyer when such a delay is directly or indirectly caused by or in any manner arises from fires, flood, accidents, riots, wars, delays of carriers, national shortages of material, US Government or any of its departments.

5. Claims for shortage or damage in transit shall be valid only if made in writing and received by AVG within thirty (30) days after receipt of such shipment.

6. Cancellations: All parts are (NCNR) Non cancelable, Non returnable.

7. AVG warrants all goods sold by it to be free from defects in materials or workmanship when normally used and serviced. However, it assumes no liability beyond its billing price, nor does it assume any liability or claims for expenses or consequential damages.

8. Defective Material: AVG's standard RMA procedure is to be followed and material must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

9. Any discrepancy on an invoice must be reported to our accounts receivable department by phone 563-359-7501 or by fax 563-359-9094 within 15 days of date of invoice.

10. Unless otherwise specified in writing, AVG reserves the right to route all shipments and delivery to a carrier of their choice and this shall constitute delivery to the buyer. After delivery to a carrier, AVG shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or delay during transportation.

12. The laws of the State of Illinois shall govern the validity, construction and effect of the order.

13. Taxes or other Government charges on the production, sale and/or delivery of any of the materials or goods included in the order are payable by the Buyer.
